You’re searching for understanding, of yourself and others. You want to feel supported and heard, instead of feeling overwhelmed and misunderstood. Sometimes it’s hard to “fit in" because the box everyone has put you in feels way too crowded. You're searching for someone to finally listen, to understand you, and to help you find answers. You’re searching for peace and you’re ready to do the hard work to find it.
I provide counseling to individuals, couples and families. I work primarily with those who are college age, young adult, adult, and senior. I work with children, adolescents and teens on a case by case basis on issues related to trauma and/or attachment.
I want my clients to find relief from their difficult feelings and experiences. No one has stay in the cycle of self destruction. I can teach skills and help you to see your strengths. We will work together towards healing and making way for you to become your authentic self. Couples and families will find relief from the chaos.
Life can be really hard when we don't understand ourselves, or those closest to us - and when others don’t understand us. I'm here to help. You aren't alone in this. We can work together to sort through the obstacles that keep you feeling trapped. You deserve space to grow within a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship.
