Katie Bascom, Psy.D., L.B.S.

PSYCHIATRIC MENTAL HEALTH NURSE PRACTITIONER

Dr. Katie Bascom received her Psy.D. from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). Dr. Bascom did her doctoral internship at WellSpan Phihaven Behavioral Health, where she completed comprehensive psychological evaluations for children and adults with ADHD and other mental health issues. She completed her pre-doctoral practicum placements at Delaware Psychiatric Center, Devereaux, and CHOP’s (Children's Hospital of Philadelphia) Center for the Management of ADHD. Her specialty is working with children, adolescents, and their parents.     

 Dr. Bascom is also trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA). She has worked with families, children, adolescents, and young adults with ADHD, Anxiety, OCD, Depression, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Mood Disorders, and Behavioral Disorders. She is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and has published in a peer-review professional journal.
