Executive Functioning Skills Coach/ Therapeutic Coach

Kimberlee McMillan

Kimberlee has been an educator for 18 years, working with students across grades 6-12. As an Executive Functioning Skills Coach, she specializes in helping middle and high school students—along with their parents—navigate challenges related to organization, focus, procrastination, and managing schoolwork. Many of her clients face difficulties such as ADHD, test/performance anxiety, social anxiety, depression, and mood instability.

In addition to academic coaching, Kimberlee supports student-athletes who struggle to balance rigorous training schedules with school demands. She also works with homeschooled and virtual students, including dancers, gymnasts, and ice skaters who choose alternative schooling to accommodate their training.

For college students, Kimberlee helps ease the transition to independent learning, time management, and the increased demands of higher education. She also works closely with parents, providing guidance and strategies to reduce morning chaos, nightly academic struggles, and overall stress within the family dynamic. Her goal is to dissolve power struggles and foster healthier communication between parents and their children.

Additionally, Kimberlee is a special subject tutor, offering expertise in all science subjects for grades 6-12.
