Insurance questions

As an Out Of Network provider, we cannot process your payment through insurance.  When you make the investment in your mental health, we can provide you with an itemized receipt to submit to your insurance company.  From there you may receive partial or full reimbursement.  Only licensed providers can give you an insurance superbly to submit to your insurance company.

 You can also call the member services number on the back of your insurance card to speak to a representative. Since reimbursement can not be guaranteed, fees are due at the time of service and refunds can not be provided.
