Eileen works with children, adolescents, young adults, college aged kids, adults, and older adults to evaluate, diagnose and ultimately find the most effective medication with the goal of symptom management. Eileen has an engaged and personable approach with her clients while at the same time having a wonderful way of being direct in a gentle way Eileen is willing to collaborate, with written consent and at the request of the client, with the client's treatment team which may include: therapists , psychologists who are doing evaluations, family doctors or pediatricians, and guidance counselors. Dr. Mitchell Kho is a Board Certified Psychiatrist who proudly works with clients as young as 13 years old and through the remainder of the lifespan. While Dr. Kho understands how powerful medication can be, he also respects that his client's may be nervous or hesitant to begin a new medication. Because of this awareness, Dr. Kho prefers to start with the least amount of medication to achieve the greatest benefit.
Clients who work with Dr. Kho express feeling understood and respected - largely thanks to his focus on advocacy, education and a firm belief that patients deserve more than a 15-minute check-up.

Dr. Katie Bascom received her Psy.D. from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) . Dr. Bascom did her doctoral internship at WellSpan Phihaven Behavioral Health where she completed comprehensive psychological evaluations for children with ADHD and other mental health issues. She completed her pre-doctoral practicum placement at CHOP (Children's Hospital of Philadelphia) in the Center for the Management of ADHD. Her specialty is working with children, adolescents and their parents.
Dr. Bascom is also trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA). She is a Licensed Behavioral Specialist. She has worked with families, children, adolescents, and young adults with ADHD, Anxiety, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Mood Disorders and Behavioral Disorders.She is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and has published in a peer-review professional journal.
Dr. Bascom performs assessments, evaluations and testing for ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) and a Comprehensive Psychoeducational Evaluation.

Emery Fox , (she/they) is a Psychiatric Physician Assistant who works with children, adolescents and adults to understand how their mental health issues are impeding their path in life and how the right medication may assist in their healing. Emery’s patients struggle with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, bipolar disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, ADHD, gender identity issues, and transgender clients.
Emery is personable and engaged in sessions. She and her patients work together as a team to set goals and find solutions. Emery is a team player and open to collaboration, upon request and with consent, if a client makes a request for Emery to collaborate/consult with their Family Doctor, Pediatrician, Guidance Counselor, Parents, or primary therapist.
Emery is an ally of the LBGTQ+ community and works with clients of all ages. As a member of the LBGTQ+ community herself she understands some of the mental health issues that may arise from society’s projections onto the LGBTQ+ community. She works with adults who identify as transgender who are preparing for, or are in the process of transition. In these cases, if requested and with consent, Emery is willing to consult with the medical provider that the clients are working with for the transition. There are particular mental health symptoms that can present before, during and after transition.
Emery trained at Pennsylvania College of Technology in Williamsport, PA. Her experience in the psychiatric field is vast, she has worked with clients across the spectrum with a wide variety of experience with all mental health issues.
